Terms & takeover rules

LAKADE lets users publish a short message on a live screen. Depending on where you enter LAKADE, the takeover may apply to a country-specific public LAKADE network or to one specific private business screen. The applicable price, destination and protected time are shown before payment and may vary by screen or collaborator.
What a takeover buys
A paid takeover is a one-time digital publication. It is not a subscription and it does not buy a guaranteed number of views, clicks, customers or sales. Each takeover receives the protected time shown for that screen when it is created. If another takeover is still protected or other confirmed takeovers are already waiting, a newly confirmed takeover enters that screen's queue and starts automatically when its turn arrives.
Public takeovers appear only inside the selected country network (for example Lithuania, Spain or the United Kingdom) and on public LAKADE displays assigned to that same network. Public networks have independent active messages and queues. Private takeovers appear only on the specific private screen they were purchased for. A private takeover does not replace any public country network.
Content rules
Do not submit illegal content; threats or encouragement of violence; harassment; hateful or discriminatory abuse; prohibited profanity or obscene abuse; scams; impersonation; unauthorized private personal information; sexual exploitation content; malicious instructions; or content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
LAKADE uses automated checks before payment or publication to block high-confidence prohibited wording, including some attempts to disguise blocked words with symbols or spacing. Automated filters are not perfect. A message passing the filter does not mean LAKADE endorses it or that it complies with the law. Attempts to deliberately bypass safety checks may result in removal or account restrictions.
Links
You are responsible for every destination you submit. Optional links are checked before payment or publication and may be rejected if they are invalid, unreachable, non-web downloads, private-network targets, phishing, malicious or otherwise unsafe. LAKADE may re-check a link later and disable the clickable destination if it becomes unsafe. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful destination will be detected.
Phone numbers
If you publish a phone number, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to make it public for contact or advertising purposes. LAKADE may remove numbers reported as unauthorized, deceptive or abusive.
Payments and publication
The amount shown on the takeover page is the price charged for that specific takeover. Payments are processed by Stripe. LAKADE does not store full card details. Confirmed takeovers are handled in FIFO order within their destination: first confirmed/queued, first shown. Each public country network has its own independent queue, and every private screen has a separate queue. Each queued takeover starts automatically after the previous takeover has completed its guaranteed time.
If LAKADE blocks your content before checkout, no LAKADE takeover payment is created. If content or a link later has to be disabled because it violates these rules or creates a safety risk, LAKADE may remove or restrict it. Refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Business partners and free credits
Business collaborators may have different public and private commission rates, takeover prices and protected times. The values shown in the collaborator account or agreed with LAKADE apply to that partner. A collaborator configured as public can use its free takeover credits only on the public country network assigned to that collaborator. A collaborator configured as private can use those credits only on its own private screen.
Free takeover credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and may expire or reset according to the partner account. Commission calculations apply only to qualifying paid takeovers attributed to the collaborator under the configured arrangement.
Moderation and availability
LAKADE may reject, remove, disable or limit content that violates these rules, creates a security risk, is reported as abusive, or is reasonably necessary to protect the service, its screens, partners or users. LAKADE relies on internet connections, browsers, payment services and third-party infrastructure, so uninterrupted availability on every physical screen cannot be guaranteed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the message, name, link and phone number you submit and for having the necessary rights and permissions to publish them. Do not use LAKADE in a way that violates applicable advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection or other laws.
Changes
LAKADE may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page at the time of use applies to that use, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
